5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
• Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of GTA Specialized Homecare and based on individual service agreements.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing a safe, respectful, and hazard-free environment for staff
• Disclosing relevant medical, mobility, or safety-related information
• Complying with all applicable laws and safety requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

• GTA Specialized Homecare provides services in good faith and with reasonable care.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• GTA Specialized Homecare maintains strict confidentiality of client and employee information.

9. Intellectual Property
